    Organizations can measure employee engagement through 2 different types of approaches, like Traditional approaches and modern approaches. The traditional approaches are the Annual engagement survey, pulse surveys, employee net promoter score and one-on-one meetings. The Modern approaches are AI-powered HR chatbots, exit interviews and offboarding surveys. It helps to identify the basic engagement issues.
